1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for:
  • Damaged Items or
  • Incorrect items delivered
• Requests must be made within 3–5 business days of receiving the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
• The company reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approval.

3. Refunds & Replacements

• Approved returns will be:
  • Replaced with the correct item, or
  • Credit note, no cash refund
• Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
